Yad Elie has initiated various projects. We have set up school vegetable gardens, and contributed kitchens to certain schools to enable them to produce their own meals. We have contributed to co-existence projects for Jewish and Arab Youth in the Jerusalem Forest and we have set up programs for education about nutrition and health.
